Dunedin cafe gets our Seal Of Approval!

Linda recently visited Nectar Espresso Bar & Cafe in Dunedin to present a 'Certificate of Association' for successfully participating as a "Havoc" Pork Purveyor!

She congratulated co-owners Steve Calvert and Angela Bates, and chef James Roberts on their certification and their contribution to 'Outstanding Culinary Enchantment' to pork!

This is a new idea for Havoc and Linda commented "we wanted to acknowledge those restaurants which have been totally loyal to us and its also a good way to let people know where they can find our pork on the menu and trust it".

This is Dunedin's first certification to be presented. Certifications were presented in recnet past in Christchurch to Il Mondo Ltd  and to Riverstone Kitchen Ltd in Oamaru.
