We are committed to ensure that any product we deliver is of a high standard. It is important to us that we act quickly to resolve any problems that arise. Customers should contact us
regarding any problems or concerns they have. We will act in accordance with the New Zealand Consumers Guarantee Act 1993, and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship outside of New Zealand. We do not deliver to RD addresses.
We deliver on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays!
Customer liable for every order
The customer will be liable for every order under its Login and agrees to indemnify Havoc Prime Pork Products for all claims, damages and whatsoever made by any third party arising from the actions of a person placing orders for the Products using the Customers Login.
Security of Information
Havoc Prime Pork Products shall use its best endeavors to prevent any unauthorized entry into Havoc Prime Pork Product On-Line Shop Internet Site. However Havoc Prime Pork Products shall not be liable for any damage or loss whatsoever if any third party gains unauthorized access.
Returns Policy
Returns and credits, all claims must be notified within 2 days of receipt of delivery of goods, claims outside this time frame may not be accepted by Havoc Prime Pork Products Limited.
Refunds Policy
Wherever possible, Havoc Prime Pork Products will replace damaged or faulty goods, otherwise a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged or faulty goods, in accordance with our returns policy.
Our Currency
The prices of products are displayed in New Zealand currency and are inclusive of GST and any other sales tax.
